What we process / 我们处理什么
Depending on your request, we may process contact details, story answers, consent records, audio, photographs, transcripts, fact claims, human review decisions, payment records, order status, share settings, and archive metadata.
AI processing / AI 处理
Approved AI providers may transcribe audio, translate text, and organize a draft. AI helps organize what you share; it must not invent family facts. Important claims remain subject to human approval.

Consent and private storage / 同意与私有存储
You must have permission to submit each identifiable voice and photograph. Original audio and private photos are stored in private storage. Share links are controlled and must not expose storage paths, internal IDs, or customer email addresses.
Ownership, downloads, and deletion / 所有权、下载与删除
Paid customers may download the Family Archive allowed by their plan. A downloaded family copy is intended to remain usable even if Family Story Weave no longer operates. You may request deletion through the published support channel; legal, payment, security, and audit records may be retained where required by the final policy.
Contact
The production owner must publish the legal entity, support address, deletion channel, provider retention details, and effective date before launch.
