Refund Policy / 退款政策
Staging and Sandbox
Staging and Stripe Sandbox transactions are test transactions and do not create real payment obligations or real refunds.
Before work begins
The production owner must define cancellation eligibility, processing time, and payment-provider limitations before launch.
After work begins
Because transcription, story editing, human review, translation, and file preparation may begin after purchase, the production policy must clearly define any fair partial-refund or non-refundable rules required by applicable law.
Failed delivery
If delivered files are materially unavailable or corrupted, the owner must publish a support and remediation process, including re-generation, replacement, and refund timing.
Refund processing
Approved refunds should use the original payment method where supported. Refunds must update the order, payment, entitlements, and any referral ledger. Staging never pays real commissions.
Owner action
Publish the legal entity, support email, refund channel, response SLA, currency rules, and effective date before Production launch.
